Introduction

The ElDorado Annotated Sequence page shows the genomic sequence identified after input of the user sequence or gene. The format is GenBank and includes the annotations found in the Annotation & Analysis table. The sequence can be saved as a text file to local disk or to the Genomatix sequence directory on the server for further analysis.


Output

The ElDorado Annotated Sequence page provides a sequence in GenBank format.
